In carrying out the agency's mission, CAC staff work with an Advisory Board, a non-profit Fund Board, and the Public Art Commission to guide the activity of core programs and services which follow the four basic principles:

1) Community Involvement
2) Collaboration
3) Arts Education
4) Selection of participating artists by art professionals with community input.
