International food and beautiful crafts are an important part of the Cambridge River Festival. If you are an artisan, artist, restaurant, or community group that would like a chance to sell your wares to our festival crowds, please download and complete the below applications or contact the Vendor Coordinator with questions: crf_vendors@cambridgema.gov or 617-349-4387.  Please allow up to one week for a reply.

To submit an application for consideration:
Click the link that is appropriate for your type of vending.  Then print the documents, read all accompanying information carefully and thoroughly, fill out the required forms and return them to us at the address below along with any requested support materials. 

Applications are reviewed and accepted on a first come first serve basis.
Application submission deadline is May 13, 2012. 
Early Bird discounts apply for applications received prior to March 31st
