Friday, October 14, 2011 Submission Deadline All applications must be received by 12:00pm This is not a postmark deadline. November/December 2011 Panels convene to review applications.
January 2012 Applicants Notified
July 1, 2011 - December 31, 2012 Projects in Progress
December 31, 2012 All projects must be completed, and all final reports submitted.
