An exhibition of work by Taylor Davis related to her new public art project at the Cambridge recreational park, Russell Field.

Located in north Cambridge and bound by Rindge Avenue on the south and the Linear Bike Path to the north, Russell Field has undergone a major renovation. Taylor Davis has designed a bus shelter to be located along Rindge Avenue at the entrance to the park. In addition to sculptural work by Taylor Davis, the CAC Gallery exhibition will include a model of the bus shelter.

Taylor Davis’s work has been included museum and gallery exhibitions throughout the United States. She received the 2001 Artist Prize from the Institute of Contemporary Art in Boston, as well as grants from the St. Botolph Foundation, the Massachusetts Cultural Council, and others. She is an Associate Professor at the Massachusetts College of Art.
