Flammable Permit Renewals for 2011 are being processed. Please click the link below to access the renewal form. Fill out the form as accurately as possible listing all of the flammable materials (in total gallons) that are being stored or used on the property. Flammable License information and Underground Storage Tank information is being added to the Flammables Permit this year. Payment instructions are on the form. **Please note: Due to numerous requests, we are changing the permit expiration to be on a calendar year basis. Permits expiring on 4-30-2010 will be renewed for the 2010 calendar year and will expire on December 31, 2010.
