Due to the lack of available spaces, candidates for the Entry-Level Physical Abilities Test will no longer be able to reschedule their ELPAT using their online SOARIS account. Candidates who need to reschedule their ELPAT should email PAT.Administrator@hrd.state.ma.us, and provide a detailed reason for your make-up/rescheduling request and documentation supporting your claim. Requests submitted without documentation will not be processed and you will be expected to appear for your scheduled ELPAT. Reschedule requests will be approved on a first come, first serve basis and rescheduling may result in delayed scoring.
