- 7:20 p.m. City Council Petition to amend Article 7.000 Signs and Illumination, in the following ways:

- PB#151, 360 Binney Street, Major Amendment to reduce the maximum and minimum number of parking spaces required from 284 – 424 to 0 – 284 as allowed in Section 6.35.1 and Section 10.45 of the Zoning Ordinance. No other changes to the Special Permit are anticipated. Amgen, Inc, applicant. Discussion and possible decision.
- PB#248, 1067 Massachusetts Avenue - Design Review: The Permittee proposes an increase in the north side residential setback from 8” to 3’; a reduction in the street side residential setbacks from 8” to 1”; and review of design changes to the corner and north wall.
- Other.
