Support for the Cambridge Workforce
While the Office of Workforce Development found in the Department of Human Service Programs coordinates access to employment and training services, working to improve residents’ skills and to help employers meet their hiring needs, the Economic Development Division (EDD) supports several programs aimed at increasing the workforce among residents of Cambridge Neighborhood Revitalization Strategy (NRS) areas.
