Climate Protection Plan and Climate Protection Action Committee

Cambridge Climate Protection Plan

In December 2002, the City Council adopted the Climate Protection Plan. The plan, which was developed by the City Manager-appointed Climate Protection Task Force and City staff, sets a goal of reducing greenhouse gas emissions by 20 percent below 1990 levels by 2010. Over 100 actions are proposed to achieve the goal.
