Authority:  Created from recommendation in Fresh Pond Master Plan Adopted by City Council in January 2001.

Purpose:  Implementation of the Fresh Pond Master Plan, a long term plan for Fresh Pond Reservation lands, including resource management and usage policies for repair and protection of natural resources.

Membership: 
Up to 18 members to include up to 12 resident volunteers with active, long-term knowledge of the Reservation, the Water Department's Watershed Manager, Conservation Commission Executive Director and Director of Recreation.

Term:  3 years (with initial appointments made for 1, 2 and 3-year terms respectively.
