The City of Cambridge FY2009 real and personal property tax bills will be mailed on October 24, 2008.The first half portion is due and payable on November 24, 2008. The second half portion most likely will be due and payable on May 1, 2008.

Application for Abatements and Exemptions

Overvaluation abatement applications are due November 24, 2008. Click here to learn more about the overvaluation abatement and to download an abatement application form.

Applications for the residential exemption and other statutory exemptions are due no later than January 26, 2009. Click here for more information about the residential and other statutory exemptions and to download a residential exemption application form .
