| Based at Cambridge Rindge and Latin School in 2101-2103, the Youth Employment Center is a one-stop information and referral source for Cambridge youth, aged 14 - 21. The center is collectively staffed by representatives from TeenWork of Just A Start and the Office of Workforce Development.
The YEC is the central point for Cambridge youth to access information on job placement programs, internships, work study, and after school and summer jobs. Staff provide workshops on job readiness skills, including resume writing and interviewing, and one-on-one assistance with job applications, resumes, and coaching for interviews.
