It has come to the attention of the City Council that there has been an increase in graffiti in the Wellington Harrington and East Cambridge area; now therefore be it
ORDERED:
That the City Manager be and hereby is requested to confer with the Police Commissioner and dicuss increasing patrols aimed at preventing this activity.
